In this 1.5 day workshop, you’ll be held in sacred space as we explore:

Through guided practices, deep inquiry, shamanic breathwork, and embodied rituals, you’ll learn to alchemize these two aspects as a creative source of heart power to support you in right action.
The workshop will culminate in a potent integration ceremony leaving you with a clear, somatic knowingness in your being of what it is for the empath and warrior to walk in conscious equal partnership.
